ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
What is a Snug-a-hug? Snug-a-hug is a special pillow used primarily by expecting moms, nursing mothers, recuperating patients and the like, but generally this product can be used on a daily basis by anyone or anybody who just love a decent sleep!
Snug-a-hug is so versatile, you can do a lot of position by simply switching from one point to another. Its perfect for men and women, elderly and children as well.
What’s inside? What is it made of? Every Snug-a-hug is made of 100% US Cotton and filled with high quality synthetic fibers. Cloth pillow covers are made of jersey cotton knit (similar to your t-shirt’s fabric) To give you that comfy cool feel that is very applicable to our climate.
How much does it weigh? Is it too heavy to my liking? Does weight matter? There so many pillows in the market, however we encourage you to compare before buying. We are confident that we have the right amount for the right size = Right density for your needs. Not too hard, nor not too soft.
Don’t be fooled by buying pillows that’s just full of “air”.
How much? Each set costs Php 2,150, but we charge a minimal shipping fee of Php150 for Metro Manila or Php200 for provincial orders (VIA PHILPOST)
What's included in the purchase?
Each purchase of a set comes with a 1 Snug-a-hug pillow in white, 1 plain pillow cover, 1 dust bag, 1 carry bag, and brochure
Can I order extra pillow covers? Yes you may, just indicate your additional order in the form.
How much are the extra covers? Plain covers : Php380 each
Printed covers : Php395 each (sold separately)
HOW DO I ORDER?
What to do next? Please follow the step by step procedure:
1. Go to www.snugahug.net's home page and click the link the "order form".
2. Choose your “plain” pillow cover from the available color swatches.
3. Fill and submit the order form. (Please make sure to fill each field properly) . An auto-generated email will prompt you once you successfully submitted the order.
4. Please wait for an email confirmation and billing for your order. (The email you'll receive is NOT an automated email, we personally email each client to answer each inquiry and requests. So please be patient. An email will be replied to within the 24hr mark - max)
5. Finalize your order by paying the amount indicated in your bill to the bank of your choice and
6. Submit your deposit slip for dispatch. ( We follow a "NO proof of payment, NO dispatch policy"
7. Wait for your package (2-3 working days metro manila and 3-5 working days for provincial orders)
Be advised that you are only given 2 days for reservation. Failure to do so, will result the "pillow cover” to be back to the pool of covers for selection (we have limited stocks per color and design)
What do I need to provide to order? Basic information are needed, (1) pillow cover detail, (2) recipients name, (3) complete shipping address, (4) email and (4) mobile number. You can do this by filling up the form provided.
WHERE TO PAY? Bank details will be provided through your billing statement. We have accounts with BDO. BPI. BPI Family. PS Bank and Union Bank.
Do you do meet ups? IF the schedule permits it. Im from Las Pinas so if you're near me and interested to "Pick up" please PM me. :-)

How much is the shipping cost? Minimal shipping fee applies.
Php150 for Metro Manila (via ZOOM) or any part of Luzon (via Philpost)
Php200 for VISMIN (via Philpost)
How long will it take for my package to arrive after I’ve paid and confirmed my details?
For Metro Manila addresses: We usually use next day delivery services. (2-3 days)
WHAT'S AN UPGRADE FOR Provincial addresses? Instead of using Philpost/DEMS (which takes 3-5 working days), your order will be shipped using JRS Express (door-to-door)
Do you deliver during weekends? We deliver on a Saturday. NO deliveries on Sundays. Saturday orders that missed the 10AM cut-off will be processed and dispatched on the first working day (Monday)
What is D.E.M.S.? This is your regular POSTAL SERVICE.
DEMS stands for Domestic Express Mailing Service of PHILPOST.
Is DEMS safe? Yes its safe, though unlike other services - there is no definite day. I can only give you an estimate when the package will be arriving in your area (3 to 5 working days is the given estimate).
Is DEMS door-to-door delivery? It is supposed to be a door-to-door service but due to the size of our package and the “capacity” of the local municipality/city, NOT ALL are capable of delivering such package. By availing DEMS there is a chance you will pick up the package at the post office yourself.
How would i know if my package arrived in the post office? We are dealing with government service here, so I think its best to make your own follow up of the package by calling your local post office. (Please do make the local number of your post master general handy) OR better yet, drop by the post office to make a quick check. Using the tracking number that I'll be providing you via email.
How do you handle DELAYS? If there’s any delay from the given ETA's, please notify me by SMS/Viber or by sending me a private message at FB or IG. From then on, please give me ample time to track the package’s whereabouts and Ill keep you informed for all issues and resolutions.
